What to expect...
When you enquire about booking with us we will ask for some details about you and your cat in order to give you a quote. Some of the things we will ask for are:
- the gender and breed of your cat
- their age and temperament/behaviour
- the condition and thickness of their coat
- any medical conditions they may have
- any previous grooming history
If you are happy to proceed a date will be agreed and a deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Make it a regular thing...
Ideally cats should be professionally groomed every 6-8 weeks depending on the coat condition and whether they are short, semi or long-haired.
Regular grooming helps remove dead skin and loose hair from the undercoat which in turn prevents knots, matting and pelting (lots of matts all joined together).
It can also improve your cats circulation and, as an added bonus, helps prevent excess shedding and unwanted fur balls around the home.
That's why at the end of the first session we will recommend a regular schedule that suits you and, if you are happy to do so, we will book your cat in for their next appointment.
We can also offer tips and ways to keep your cats coat in top condition between appointments.

We understand that having to travel any distance can be stressful for both owner and cat.
Becky's Cat Grooming is a mobile service, meaning we can carry out our work in the comfort of your own home. We will bring all our own equipment and we can discuss where best to set up during the first appointment.
We currently cover parts of Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire in South East England. Some of the areas we travel to are listed in the section below.
Travel costs will be included in your quotation.
